Steve
Gribben: As co-founder, Mr. Gribben deals with business
entity formations in all 50 states. He brings to the firm several years of startup business consulting
experience, having dealt with many new companies as an associate with the
venture capital investment arm of The Westar Financial Group, located in
Newport Beach, California.
Mr. Gribben also contributes to the
drafting of private investment offerings for new companies. He has structured
equity and debt financing agreements in a variety of industries including,
real
estate, e-commerce, food service and film.
Mr. Gribben received his Bachelor of Arts degree Phi Beta Kappa
from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctor degree from
the UCLA School of Law.
